Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

The Fontana Pharmacy Gift Voucher is able to be redeemed for the purchase of products at Fontana Pharmacy via the Fontana Pharmacy website www.Fontanapharmacy.com or within the local stores (Montego Bay, Kingston, Ocho Rios, Mandeville or Sav-la-Mar).

Buying a Gift voucher

You can buy a Fontana Pharmacy Gift Voucher or enter to win a gift voucher by completing the form online.

• The region selector will automatically advise of the cost of the Fontana Pharmacy Gift Voucher in your currency when purchasing online.
• Add the recipient's name, email address and a personal message (optional). You can preview the Gift Voucher prior to sending.
• The Fontana Pharmacy Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient and a delivery receipt will be emailed to you

Winning a Gift voucher

• To win a gift voucher, complete the entry form online.  The drawing and the winner of the gift voucher will be announced on the website, stores and facebook of Fontana Pharmacy.
• You may enter as many times as desired.  No purchase is required to enter to win a Gift Voucher.

Drawing

A random drawing 'A random drawing of all phone numbers registered on our website' will take place on May 1^st 2014 at 12 noon, and the winner’s details will be posted right here on www.fontanapharmacy.com and on www.facebook.com/fontanapharmacy this gift voucher can be redeemed online or at any of our five location, Kingston, Mandeville, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Sav-la-mar. 

How to Redeem a Gift voucher

ON THE WEBSITE

Make your selection by adding your desired product on www.FontanaPharmacy.com to your cart.  The Gift Voucher is redeemed on the payment page when making your purchase. Your Gift Voucher amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on your order.

Please note:

• When redeeming Vouchers, additional items or services may be added.
• The balance must be paid using another payment method accepted by the Fontana Pharmacy website, www.FontanaPharmacy.com, if the amount is over the value of the Gift Voucher.

• Your Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 30 days. All Gift Vouchers and store credits will expire within 30-days from the date the initial Gift Voucher was issued.  There will be not allowance for extension of the redemption date.

WITHIN THE FONTANA STORES

The winner of the gift voucher will be announced periodically and the winner must pick up the gift voucher at an approved Fontana location.  The Gift Voucher will be redeemable within the Fontana Stores or online.  

• Gift Vouchers purchased online may also be redeemed in the stores as well as online.     
• For the Gift Voucher Sweepstakes (Win a Gift Voucher), it is only redeemable within the local stores and not online.    

The Gift Vouchers will only have a maximum of 2 uses within the local stores and 1 use online at www.fontanapharmacy.com.  If a portion of the Gift Vouchers is redeemed within the local stores, a store credit will be created for future use for the remaining balance.  All Gift Vouchers redeemed within the local stores, will require an ID to complete the redemption of the Gift Voucher.  All Gift Vouchers and store credits will expire within 30-days from the date the initial Gift Voucher was issued.  There will not be any allowance for extension of the redemption date.

Delivery

• A Fontana Pharmacy Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient, if purchased online.
• A delivery notification will be emailed to you for your reference
• The Fontana Pharmacy Gift Voucher will arrive as soon as we have processed your order and taken payment
• For winners of the Gift Voucher Sweepstakes, the Gift Voucher must be pick up at the local stores and you will need to present your ID to execute the redemption of the Gift Voucher.
  The Fontana Pharmacy Gift Voucher are not Transferrable.

Returns

• Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
• All returned items that were paid for with a Gift Voucher will be refunded as a store credit for you to use against a future purchase
• If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit. 
• Authorized returns & exchanges must be reported within 30-days of receipt.  Fontana has a return policy of 30-days for a full refund on approved items returned.
• Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Fontana Pharmacy reserves the right to make the final decision as to how to resolve any claim. See RETURNS & EXCHANGES section above for guidelines.
