  • How do I pay on the website?

    Payment can be made, using one of our many payment methods, PayPal using a VISA or Master card credit card or a Scotia Visa Debit card or Scotia online, NCB online or if you have a Jamaica National Account you may pay to your fontanapharmacy.com account using JN LIVE.

    You may also purchase one of our ONLINE gift vouchers, you will receive a printable gift certificate bearing a unique code that relative and friends can redeem in-store for their desired items.

  • Can I pay online using JNBS, Scotia or NCB Bill Payment Services?

    Yes. You can pay online using the Bill Payment services of JNBS LIVE, SCOTIA or NCB. The instructions will be visible to you after you checkout with the items your desire to purchase online.

    You will need to add your Fontana "Customer ID#" when you create Fontana as a payee within JNBS, SCOTIA or NCB, online. This is located at the top right of the page when you log into your Account and it will be visible to you at the end of the checkout on the top right of the page.

  • What currencies can be used to pay online fontanapharmacy.com?

    We accept all currencies.

  • Can I order online and have it delivered to relatives and friends in Jamaica?

    Yes you can, you can order online from anywhere in the world, and we’ll deliver to your party anywhere in Jamaica.

  • Do you ship outside of Jamaica?

    Yes we ship to all countries covered by FedEx.

  • How much does it cost to ship items overseas?

    The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the items being shipped. This will be displayed after you item selection is made.
    The shipping method required would also determine the final cost.

  • How much does it cost to ship items within Jamaica?

    Shipping charges, within Jamaica, normally ranges from JA$300 to JA$1,600, depending on location and weight.

  • How long will it take for items to be delivered in Jamaica?

    Delivery will be done within 2 business days. In exceptional cases it may extend to 3 days.

  • Can I purchase alcohol to be sent to the USA?

    United States customs regulations prohibit the sending of alcohol directly into the States without a broker.

  • Can I purchase alcohol to be sent to countries other than the USA?

    Yes. Shipping cost is based on the weight of the number of items.

  • Can I pick up my order at all Fontana locations?

    Yes, you can pick-up your order at all Fontana Locations, however there are products offered on fontanapharmacy.com that are not available in the Physical stores, these items will be delivered to you, however, arrangements can be made for pick-up at the location of your choice.

  • Can my family come in store and collect the cash instead of the intended items?

    No. fontanapharmacy.com facilitates persons who are shopping for health care products and gift items for their loved ones in Jamaica. We do not disburse cash.

  • What does my party need to collect my online order in store?

    The recipient should bring a valid ID as well as the order number.

  • How do I find items on fontanapharmacy.com?

    Here’s how: Enter the specific product that you are looking for in the search box above red MENU bar at the top of the page or Click on the category or sub-category in which the product may be listed.

  • Do the prices include Tax (GCT)?

    The prices shown do not include tax. Tax is added in the shopping cart. (Orders made from outside of Jamaica doesn’t attract GCT).

  • Can I pay for my relative’s prescriptions online?

    Fontanapharmacy.com does not fill prescriptions online, but you can purchase an online gift voucher that can be used as payment for cover your relative’s prescription cost.

  • Is my credit card information safe on this site?

    The security of your personal information is very important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Once we receive the data it is immediately re-encrypted prior to storage. By default, payment card data is permanently destroyed within 91 days of submission.

    We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • I have a question on my charges.

    Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to review your orders. You will need to sign in with your login details given at the point of your order. Click "View Orders" or "Completed Orders" in order to compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance at 1-888-429-5887.

  • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

    Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to log into your account. You will need to sign in with your login details given at the point of your order. Once you have logged in, Click "View Orders" or "Completed Orders" and then TO THE RIGHT select "Print Invoice".

  • When will my credit appear on my account?

    Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged immediately online, after you get a "Payment Confirmation" notice, if you select Paypal. In some cases, it may take 24 hours for this to be updated with your credit card company. You do not need to have a Paypal account to order online. Select "Don't have a Paypal Account", and you may use your Mastercard or Visa Card.

  • What is your refund policy?

    30 Day cash refund Conditions*

    1) Merchandise may only be returned in new, unused, undamaged condition in complete, undamaged original packaging.

    2) No returns, exchanges or refunds on: food, bulbs, pens, batteries, books, magazines, cosmetics, perfumes, hair products, jewelry, cards, phone cards, over the counter & prescription drugs, opened cd/dvd or cassettes, seasonal merchandise (including Valentines, Easter, Halloween and Christmas).

    3) Clothing may only be returned in 7 days. Washed or used clothing or textile products cannot be returned.

    4) Toys or other electric or battery operated items which come in blister packs and cannot be opened or tested are covered by the 30 day warranty if undamaged.

    5) Appliances must be checked by our technicians before a decision is made.
