    Our Curbside Shopping service is offered entirely on WhatsApp and is different from our Curbside Pickup option for orders placed on the website.

    - The representative will help you choose your items and tell you the total cost

How to Pay Online

On fontanapharmacy.com, we accept payment via credit and debit cards; this includes MasterCard, Visa and Keycard. Our payments are secured by First Atlantic Commerce.

Only the first 6-digits and last 4-digits of the card number will be visible to our team members.

Pricing & Exchange Rate

Product prices and delivery charges, if any, are liable to change at any time; however, changes WILL NOT be applied to orders that you have already received confirmation for. Please retain a copy of your receipt and present it to us if you suspect that changes have been made to the costs on your order.

Prices on our website can be viewed in USD (United States Dollar) or JMD (Jamaican Dollar). To switch between currencies, please click the dropdown menu at the top left corner of the webpage.

The exchange rate for our website changes periodically. You can check with our Live Chat to confirm the rate of a given week.

In-Store Pickup

Picking up your package at a Fontana branch allows you to avoid delivery fees!

  • NOTE: The In-store Pickup option only shows up when the PARISH in your SHIPPING ADDRESS matches one of the parishes associated with one of our Fontana branches:

    St. James Pick-Up at Fontana Montego Bay
    Kingston/St. Andrew Pick-Up at Fontana Kingston (Barbican or Waterloo)
    You can indicate which Kingston branch in your Order Comments, or we will call you to let you know which one.
    Manchester Pick-Up at Fontana Mandeville
    St. Ann Pick-Up at Fontana Ocho Rios
    Westmoreland Pick-Up at Fontana Savanna-la-Mar

     

    How to Pick Up

    1. Choose Pickup at checkout.
    2. Give our team at least 24 hours to process your order. "Why do I need to wait 24 hours?"

      This gives us time to work on our other orders and also to:

      • verify that your payment is legit
      • source your items from other branches/warehouses if we do not have everything available at your selected branch

       

    3. We will call you or send a message through our website to let you know when your order is ready for pickup. "It's been over 24 hours and nobody has called or messaged me!"

      We sincerely apologise for this... It is never our intention to inconvenience our customers.

      If you have not received a call after 24 hours, please reach out to us at one of the following numbers and ask to be transferred to the Website Department:

    4. After receiving confirmation - proceed to your selected branch, notify the cashiers or Customer Service representatives that you are here to collect an online order and present the following:
      - Your order number
      - The name on the order
      - A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, etc.)

 

(Special Request Only) Curbside Pickup

Collect your package at a Fontana branch - but from the comfort of your car!

Otherwise, the procedure is the same as for in-store pickup; Before the package is handed off to you, you are still required to show a valid government-issued photo ID as well as the order number and the name on your order.

As this method has not yet been made official, we encourage you to request this kind of pickup ONLY if you have a physical disability, OR if you are unwell and/or have concerns about being exposed to other people in that state.

We understand that our website customers sometimes want to pick up their packages without entering the store (usually due to them being ill and not wanting to risk infecting others).

Therefore, if you need this to be done, please make note of it in your "Order Comments" at checkout so that we can accommodate you.

  • NOTE: This is simply a way of collecting orders that were placed online. It is not to be confused with our Curbside Shopping service - which involves choosing the items on WhatsApp and coming to the parking lot to pay (via card machine) and collect.

TARA Delivery (Only Within Jamaica)

Get orders delivered to almost any location islandwide via TARA Courier Services! Bear in mind though:

  • TARA deliveries usually take 2 - 4 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive, and this is AFTER they have picked up the package from Fontana. "What does this mean?

    Bear in mind that we still need at least 24 hours to fill most orders after they have been placed on our website. The delivery time of 2 - 4 business days count only AFTER we have successfully processed your order and the TARA bearer has picked up the package from us.

    We will do our best to process your orders in a timely manner to ensure a quick and smooth delivery!

  • TARA does NOT deliver our packages on weekends (i.e. Saturdays and Sundays)

      This gives us time to work on our other orders and also to:

      • verify that your payment is legit
      • source your items from other branches/warehouses if we do not have everything available at your selected branch

       

    3. After successfully processing your order, we wait for a bearer from TARA to pick it up from our store [NOTE: All Fontana's TARA deliveries are shipped from either our Mandeville or Waterloo location]
    4. When the bearer picks up the package, we will send you a message via our website - containing your Order Tracking ID, which you can enter at https://taracan.com/tracking/

    Quick Tips for Local Deliveries
    1. Place your order BEFORE Friday and NOT on weekends: It takes at least 24 hours to fulfill most orders, TARA does NOT pick up packages from Fontana on Saturdays or Sundays.
    2. Order gift items AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE: This makes it less likely that your gift will arrive late (due to unforeseen circumstances). If you don't want the package to be delivered too early, let us know in the Order Comments and we will let the Courier know.

      2. Email to the JA Post Customer Support team at info@jamaicapost.gov.jm for assistance
