You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting Fontanapharmacy.com. We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.

Track Your Order

  1. On Fontanapharmacy.com, select Account. 
  • Delays with your order shipping: Order Delays
  • Order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it: Delivered but not received
  • Items are missing from your order: Missing items



We do our best to keep up with the growing demand for popular items however, pre-transit order delays can happen for a variety of reasons. We'll send order update emails in real-time as inventory and procedures allow.


Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Before you contact customer care be sure to:

  • Wait for the Ready for Pickup notification
  • Use our check-in option before you leave for the store and when you arrive

If you have received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay, call the store. The phone number is displayed in your app when you arrive at the pickup location.


If you don't have your order after your 1 hour delivery window has passed, contact customer care using the Contact us button.


New estimated delivery dates are displayed in the order tracker. If your tracking information hasn't updated for 2 business days or it's 2 business days after your estimated delivery date, select the Contact us button.

Carriers can be impacted by different events in certain areas. Check for known shipping delays in your area using the links below.


If the tracking details show your package was delivered and you can't locate it, please wait two full days (excluding Sundays and holidays) for the package to arrive. We recommend checking around your home and asking your neighbors if they may have received it for you.

If after that time you still haven't received it, reach out to us at support@fontanapharmacy.com or Call 1-888-429-5887 between the hours of 10am – 4pm local time on the second day and we'll be happy to help.



Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses/locations and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Check your order tracking page to make sure your order wasn’t split into multiple packages.
